ABOUT US

At ProForce Athletics, we train to develop speed-specific strength, explosive power, and linear sprint mechanics. Our programs are also compounded and melded with Sport Psychology and Sociology of Sport.

We embrace traditional ideas, and continue to create and implement new ones. We’re experienced, creative, inquisitive, and experts in our fields. ProForce Athletics is not cozy. There are no televisions, no machines, and
no comfortable spots to sit.
